Roobear products are designed in Kelowna, B.C, Canada, and ethically made by hand in China, where our bamboo is grown and custom made to our high quality specs. Our manufacturing partners have been thoroughly vetted, independently audited and comply with all International Labor Standards.

No! Roobear clothing are thoroughly tested for chemicals, like lead, and comply with all Health Canada regulations.

Bamboo is an ideal choice for children's sleepwear due to its naturally soft, hypoallergenic, and breathable properties, while also being an environmentally sustainable option. It is a renewable resource that grows quickly and requires minimal water compared to cotton, making it an eco-friendly choice for conscious parents.

All of our cotton products are certified organic. As for our sleepwear, bamboo is cultivated without the reliance on pesticides or chemicals, making it an exceptionally renewable resource. While the bamboo used in our fabric is organic, it's important to note that the final product, composed of 95% bamboo rayon and 5% spandex, cannot be classified as organic.

Our clothing items are steamed right before being packaged. These marks go away right after the first wash and are not defects. If you have any issues, feel free to get in touch!

Orders are typically packaged within 3 business days. Once packaged and shipped, standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 3-5 business days. We try out best, but sometimes things take longer due to unforseen circumstances, so please be patient with us!

Lettermail shipping is untracked, uninsured shipping within Canada. This shipping option takes anywhere from 7-15 business days although it could take longer. Canada Post shipping timelines are unpredictable. It also could be quicker depending on where you're located in Canada, we ship everything out of Kelowna, BC.

Additionally, if you select lettermail shipping and your pacakge does not arrive, it is not at the responsibility of Roobear Kids to replace.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please email info@roobearkids.com for return inquiries.
